The “Wierzbica” limestone mine is located in Wierzbica town, Sobków commune, Świętokrzyskie Voivodship in the vicinity of S7 road which provides convenient transport options.

The deposit of Jurassic limestone “Wierzbica” has been continuously exploited since 2005. Due to the high quality of the rock (average content of CaCo3 exceeds 98%), this deposit is undoubtedly unique in Europe. The geological documentation state that the content of calcium carbonate “puts the deposit among the best quality deposits in Poland and Europe”.

The obtained rock material with very high chemical and physical parameters is the basis for the production of a wide range of granulation assortments: from a full range of high-quality fine-grained lime products to aggregates suitable for concrete and road construction.
