Question 1:
In connection with the information about the ongoing tender competition No. I-08/2013, please specify whether the security may be provided in the form of a blank promissory note?

Answer 1:
Yes, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of securing the bid security in the form of a blank promissory note. Along with the signed promissory note by persons authorized to represent, the Contractor is also obliged to provide the signed promissory note declaration. Only declarations and promissory notes conforming to the attached model will be accepted. file in pdf format

Question 2:
In connection with the information about the ongoing tender competition No. certificates that he obtained the exemption, postponement or payment into installments of overdue payments or withholding in full the execution of the decision of the competent authority, may be replaced with the relevant statements of the Contractor.

Answer 2:
Yes, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of replacing the certificates mentioned in question no. 2 for the tender no. I-08/2013 with relevant statements of the Contractor, but only at the stage of selecting the best offer. If the Contractor’s offer is selected, who replaced the relevant certificates with statements, he will be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with the relevant certificates before signing the general contracting agreement. Question:
Is the provision in the inquiry no. II-08/2012 regarding the exemption of the bidder from the obligation to pay the bid security if in another bidding procedure the Ordering Party has paid the bid bond in the amount not less than PLN 100,000.00, and the bid bond has not been returned by the date of submission of the offer , is also valid for the tenderer who lodged the tender guarantee in a different acceptable form?

Answer:
Such a bidder will not be excluded from the competition procedure, and his offer, if the other requirements contained in the request for proposal are met, will be deemed to have been submitted correctly.
