Properties of aggregates for concrete are classified according to the PN-EN 12620 standard „Aggregates for concrete”. Due to the specific values of physical and mechanical parameters of Jurassic limestone (i.e. compressive strength, water absorption, and resistance to grinding), these aggregates are intended primarily for low and medium brand concretes.
As a filling aggregate for concrete and mortars, EGM S.A. products are distinguished by their high chemical purity, light color, low chloride and sulphate content and are used in construction for the production of ready-made mortars, plasters, screeds, and smoothing.
